Fast Track C400 USB Disabled

I have a Fast Track C400 and recently got a new MacBook Pro. Whenever I plug the C400 into the Mac's USB, the power on light of the Fast Track doesn't come on very bright, like there's not enough power and I get a message on the MacBook that says "USB ports disabled, unplug the device using too much power to readable USB ports." I can't use my interface now. Any suggestions?
