Expansion Pack will not update firmware to 2.01

I bought a new eleven rack with a free upgrade to PT10. The dealer, Pro Star Audio said the expansion pack was pre installed, but it was not. Avid sent me a installer and told me not to run the firmware updater that came with the installer. I installed the app and noticed my firmware was still 1.03. I tried the firmware updater but that installer did not accept my SN number. The net result is Pro Star Audio sold me old inventory and lied. Is there a way to update my firmware from 1.0.3 to 2.0.1 so I can use the exp pack?

I would be in the dealer's face over this. And if Avid sent you emails or anything to support your findings, print it out and bring it. If the dealer is worth a (*^%&, he should make good on it. Start politely
