RESOLVED: Eleven Rack Expansion Pack Firmware-HELP!!!!

Just purchased Eleven Rack expansion pack online. Installed correctly, shows all new elements in the software interface, however when I run the Firmware installer to update the hardware, I get this warning:

"Can't find licensing app. Perhaps the cp folder is not installed properly?"

When I enter my serial number and System ID, it goes nowhere...

Any help would be appreciated

Operating system? Pro Tools version?

Windows 7
Pro-Tools 9.0.02 LE 003 Rack drivers updated correctly
Amp models are updated but all the other stuff isn't there

Hey Gaffer I have sussed it; see I had my desktop icons hidden, so I just employed a bit of my own genius, turned desktop icons back on, clicked the folder instead of the .exe I had previously used et voila!
