D-Command Modifier keys not working
Shift/Control/Option are not working on right fader pack Command works
All modifier keys work on left an main units. Any clue as to what to try? |

You could try trashing preferences or, before that, I'd try unassigning the units in the Peripherals dialog, quit Pro Tools, restart the computer and the D-Command units, then relaunch and reassign them.
Hopefully that will get it working again. |

You may want to check inside of the unit. Open left side of the fader unit and upper cover of the left side fader module, then you can open and see if the cable is actually connected from modifier key PCB to main PCB.

It's a hardware issue. There is a problem with something fader panel.
