12.4 download link ?

I can't find a 12.4 download link in my account

12.5.2 is unusable

Can anybody send me a download link for the latest 12.4 version ?

Here is another thing that gets under my skin about Avid. I really don't understand why Avid chooses to remove older version from your account seeing you may need to go back for some reason. Other companies leave the old and legacy version in your account. In order to get the older version you have to contact Avid by e-mail or phone to get a temporary download link. What a pain! The other option you may have is to see if you can download it through the Application Manager. My guess is it has something to do with reserving space for the Cloud Collaboration feature. It just shows another way they messed up rolling this out. When you do get it, make sure you back it up somewhere!

i contacted AVID ( for the first time in almost 20 years )
No response yet , i have an active update / support plan ...

Q: is 12.5 or 12.5.1 in your account and how do those work ??

Avid might come here and give you a Download Link for 12.4 ... they did in this thread .. probably best to get it direct form them ...

The link in this thread takes you to the MyAvid Account and thats is where they are missing.
