Default 4.x sessions to5.0 sessions midi problems

Opening PT4.3.2 sessions in 5.0 caused location mistakes in midi channels(originaly created on the 4.3.2 session)

- One way to fix it is to export the midi from the original 4.x session and then to import it to the new 5.0 session (discarding all "old"midi channels)
I hope 5.0.1 will fix this problem.
