Melodyne ARA Rendering Question
Hello everyone.
I just tried using Melodyne ARA within Pro Tools. I have Melodyne Studio which I have been using in the past. I wanted to fix 1 note. I created a separate clip - opened Melodyne on the track - fixed the note in Melodyne - then clicked Render from the track dropdown menu. When I selected Render - it looks like it processed the entire track. Is this actually what happens - or did it process only the selected clip? Thanks, Sparky

Re: Melodyne ARA Rendering Question
Quote:
If you made your Melodyne -> Render action from the selected Clip’s context menu it will Render all currently selected ARA(Melodyne) edited clip(s) on that track. Its not the same as track Commit if this is what you asking for. Only ARA-edited clips are rendered. Similar to ClipEffects or ClipGain render. BTW last two renders will include Melodyne edits if present on the clip. |
