Transfer of ownership...

Hi friends!
I´ve sold a Mbox 2 to an old friend, , and desperately trying to help him register his ownership, which he must do to be able to get a new citation code, if i got it right....

To do so you must fill in a form, and start a "registration case". Which i did. But you have to be logged on, otherwise you can't submit the form. But it isn´t enough to log in to your Avid account, you have to have a "support account" as well...which i can´t have apparently, because i don't know why???

WTF?
Is it impossible to get the bloody registration-form to AVID? Can i use a carrier pigeon??

I would be veeery grateful for any kind of help...!

Every time I've done this, and it's a lot. I have filled the form out and faced it. Never had any issues.
