Default PHASE vocoder plug ins!

just got a hold of OPCODE vocoder AS plug in (no longer for sale, i kind of had to 'borrow' it- more on this..)

anyway it works fine for a while, then protools dive-quits and pretty much renders the computer useless- a restart is neccesary.

almost ready to purchase prosoniq ORANGE VOCODER which seems to be awesome..

anyone get the opcode one to work? (its NOT a 'k') or is it incompatible with ptle 5.x.x

I remember having some problems with the Opcode AS ( Filter, Vinyl and Vocoder) I got them when I bought Vision DSP, (smart move!) . They crashed PT a couple of times, so I stopped using them, though I have no problems with the Premiere version in Peak....It would be nice to be able to use a product I paid for to its fullest, not having to export and re-import.

I also have the full set. I can use Vinyl, the filter is a bit problematic and I've never gotten the vocoder to work.

so the opcode vocoder works well in premeire eh?

its been my experience that premeire's preview function is un-acceptable (only the first few seconds)

would this work as a premeire style plug in in bias peak? or the AS style perhaps?
i think the opcode vocoder sounds wack and neeto! and would like to use this
