Hi there,

unfortunately the procedure did not help. I was able to establish clocking between Apollo and HD IO (via ADAT, Apollo as master, as the article suggests), started Pro Tools, everything was fine...

But in the moment i put in TB3 connector of Apollo, HD was kicked out of device manager as before and loading a session that was created with HD IO made PT hang... Very annoying.

Wow, sorry to hear that.

Perhaps you could email technical support at Universal Audio and see if they have a suggestion. You should probably list all your computer equipment for them as well.
