Audio Track Alignment
Hey everyone, I've got a question I'm hoping someone could help me with.
Recently my band tracked Bass & Drums at a local studio, with the intention of transfering the tracks to my Pro Tools LE system. From that point we would track the remaining instruments and mix at home. Due to the lack of inputs on my Digi002r we had to record each individual track in groups. For example, one song had 12 tracks worth of bass & drums. I would transfer 4 tracks at a time. With 4 available analog inputs I designated 1 input to record the click track on every pass. My purpose was so that each grouping of tracks could be aligned properly by comparing the click track in each group. My problem now is that I want to know what the easiest way is to align these tracks is. I hope I did a good job explaining this. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Phil |
