Default Re-Amping with PT9

I'm using ER now with PT9 after having previously used it successfully with PT8. I'm having a very difficult time figuring out how to set up the I/O for Re-Amping. I've looked for info but can't find anything and can't figure it out. Any help would be extremely appreciated. With thanks, in advance.

Should be the same as in PT8, I didnt notice a change anyway.

You probably just need to default your I/O. For me, when I choose 'Eleven Rack' as the I/O, it is completely wrong. Just default the I/O in Setup.
