Default How to rename a project folder from 6.9.2

I asked a friend about renaming the project folder from a Ver 6.9.2. He said you throw away the cache file thats in the project folder. Anyway, I looked in the individual folders for each project and I didn't see a cache file. Am I missing something?

My objective is to rename the project for song names and bring to a mixing facility.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I think you and your friend are trying to make this way more complicated than it is.

You should be able to just rename the session and folder with no issues (PT may need to search for the audio files when you next open it, but if they're all present it will find them).

If you're really concerned about it, simply open the session and do a "Save Copy In..." and name it whatever you want.
