Different VSO for different FPS?

Hey,

I've just started working on some 23.98 content and I noticed that the sync just didn't seem right. I got my synch-check out and it was about by just under 40ms (~1frame), I switched it back to 25fps and then 24 fps and it was back in sync. Is this a known thing; 23.98 requires a different sync offset to 24/25?

Setup: Mac Pro 2019, PT 2022.12, Sync X, HDX 2, MTRX, Blackmagic Card
