Pro Tools 12.4 Installers Missing. Please help the community.

Hi guys,

I had a terrible time last week trying to find Pro tools 12.4 installers in my account. I contacted AVID with a new case but had to use my Sibelius Subscription to access it but was refused consideration because I was I was seeking "Pro tools" information.
Eventually I had to head to gearslutz for help. Fortunately a kind soul gave me a link he uploaded from his PC.
I am stlll chasing the Mac files however.
If AVID could please update our database to include 12.4 that would be brilliant. There is a whole thread going on at Gearslutz experiencing the same issue.
12.4 is not listed under legacy downloads.
