Default chipset question for audiomedia 3 card

hi looking at a computer p4. windows xp pro 2.5 ghz 512 ram with a pt800 chipset. vt8754 for my audiomedia three setup.. digis website recommends 845, 850 , or 860 chipsets will the 800 chipset work? any help would be great thanks
