EUCON error messages
I'm getting the error message "Avid Control and EUControl are incompatible".. please install latest versions... even tho I've only just installed both EUCON on laptop and app on iPad?

Both versions need to be 23.11

version 2023.6.0.103 EUCON Version 4.16.0.103 Might you provide a URL to the version u recommended? Thanks!

Go to your Avid account and go to the Avid Download Center. All Avid software is there.
