I haven't been able to find a solution to the EUCON error for months

The error was the same when I updated to Windows 11, and I tried to fix it through the method that I presented continuously, but it didn't solve the problem at all. The log looks like this.

The MAC address is self-obscured for security.
What's the solution?

Best to start up a support case if you have an active Pro Tools support plan or subscription so this can be further investigated.
Might be a compato issue. note that only intel processors are supported on windows at the moment.

Your network adapter is not reporting an IP address? Check your network settings. Then do this. Uninstall EUCON using the installer, check remove all Apps and Remove all prefs. Then go to Windows settings and uninstall Bonjour. Restart and install EuControl again(which will also install the correct Bonjour version)
