Selecting Eucon In Protools Crashes Protools

Hi all, this one has me absolutely stuck.

I have been using ProTools 2024.3 Ultimate with Eucon 2023.11 for sometime. However, now when I select Eucon in the ProTools session window, it crashes ProTools. Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Eucon, updated ProTools to the latest software bypassed the ethernet switch and it’s displaying the same fault.
I've updated to PT 2024.6.
Hardware:
S1 x2>Netgear switch>CALDIGIT TS3plus>TB>MBP M1max

The switch carries my internet connection to the CalDigit as well, this has not been a problem.

What I’ve never encountered is it displays the same fault with two different versions of Protools. Any help would be warmly welcomed.

Is this without any session loaded? What about a new blank session? When you uninstalled EUCON did you use the installer and check remove all Apps and remove All prefs? Mac or PC?

I've found that in 24.6 when you have Altiverb XL 8 in your session and you enable Eucon (in the open session)PT will crash with a hard-crash and reporter window saying that AV8 has crashed.
The only way to enable Eucon is to first move AV8 AAX out of the plugins folder, start PT, open session, enable Eucon (which then works fine), save, quit. Put plugin back into plugins folder. And re-launch PT and session. Now since the session opens with EC already enabled you should be fine.

We might have fixed this for the net EUCON release already. Sounds familiar. Hopefully next month.
