Metadat and Expanding New Tracks

When I right click on a track I cannot get the expand to new tracks option in order to get all the sides to play. Also when I right click on an individual region to get it's matches I get at least a hundred options is there something I can do to solve this. Also when i initially opened my session and right clicked for the forst time on a region it nevere searched for the metadat. I am working on a Mac OS X Version 10.6.6 and pt 9.0.0 LE Mbox 2

Do you have Complete Production ToolKit?
Check Chapter 52 (from page 1173 till 1193) of Pro Tools Reference Guide. There they explain many thing about Expanding Alternate Field Recoder Channels.

I installed 9.0.2 there and it's working great the only problem is it still isn't searching for metadata when I right click on it
