Unable to install Pro Tools SE 8.0.3

Hello,
I am having issues installing the Pro Tools SE 8.0.3 that came with the M-Audio Fast Track interface. Once the installer starts it is immediately halted and I am given the error "error number 0x80040707
description DLL function call crashed ISRT._ctrlsethtmlcontent"(screenshot below) I have attempted to run the install in compatibility mode, safe mode and as administrator but the same error occurs. I also copied the disk to my hard drive but received the same error. My system specs are below. Any thoughts?

I was finally able to get Pro Tools to install. I had to reformat my drive and reinstall Windows 7 in order to get Pro Tools to work. The only problem with that is I had just installed Windows 7 the day that I had the issue with Pro Tools....
