Default OSX/Win app to convert markers into text files

After seeing so many posts from people over the years looking for a way to convert Pro Tools markers into text files, we've packaged up the midi code from our other apps to create a new application called EdiMarker. Available for OSX and Win, the application is licensed as donationware.

Regards,

Mark

Thanks Mark...I'll be checking this out for my Change notes scheme that I've developed for our workflow.

We've release an update for EdiMarker. The v1.1.0 update includes:
  • Ability to import text files to create markers in Pro Tools
  • Text Encoding preferences to import and export non-English characters
  • Warning if marker names loaded via text file are truncated
  • Bug fix to keep space characters in exported text file

The EdiMarker product page contains links to download the Mac and Win installers.

Regards,

Mark

Just had a quick play with it and I'll echo that Mark. Excellent.
Will need to play with it a bit more, but I'm pretty sure I'll be making a donation.

(Avid, take note!)
