OSX/Win app to convert markers into text files
After seeing so many posts from people over the years looking for a way to convert Pro Tools markers into text files, we've packaged up the midi code from our other apps to create a new application called EdiMarker. Available for OSX and Win, the application is licensed as donationware.

We've release an update for EdiMarker. The v1.1.0 update includes:

Just had a quick play with it and I'll echo that Mark. Excellent.
Will need to play with it a bit more, but I'm pretty sure I'll be making a donation. (Avid, take note!)
