Default Disk Allocation

Is there anyway to save "Custom Allocation Options" in the disk allocation menu? Whenever I select it and then print then close my session and then open it back up it reverts to "Create subfolders for audio video and fade files". I had my print tracks allocated to a different folder and I don't want all those folders being created. I guess I could also ask, is there a way to just not create those folders for my print tracks?
