Level/Peak/Delay box
Okay, I'm ready to be humiliated. I can't get this to work when trying to find the latency a plug-in is adding to a track:
"To find out the delay, CTRL-click in the gray rectangle above the fader that usually shows the volume in db's. It cycles through level-setting/peak-level/plugin delay in samples." No matter what plug-in I have on the track (or how many), I always see a "0" when it toggles to the delay reading. The plug-ins are active and the reading is zero whether I'm playing the session or stopped. Are all the RTAS plug-ins latency free?... or tell me how stupid I am (in samples, please). |
