Default Same bpm and Time Stretching

Is possible to put all tracks originally with diferent bpms in Pro Tools LE(MBOX) 5.3.3 ?
Like acid 4 does.
The best Time Stretch for Pro Tools is Serato?
I wanna put an acapella of 90 bpm to 130 bpm, how do I do that?
