Sync PT with Sibelius

I would like to sync PT with Sibelius or PT with Finale, run them both at the same time but in sync.
Would appreciate yr help..

Im running PT 5.3.3 on XP with MBox

How are you guys making midi sequences without a notation interfase? I guess working with Sibelius is the way, they must be in sync in order to be able to edit midi as you edit audio..
