Anybody familar with binaural mic???
Anybody familiar with fielding recording on binaural microphone? I used a minidisc recorder and a pair of binaural mic to do recording on various places, and it seemed like even though i swtiched the audio input level to 0db, most of the results were overloaded and distorted. It was only OK while recorded at a quiet place. My own voice was even overloaded.
Any tips?? Please??? Many thanks!!! |

Re: Anybody familar with binaural mic???
If you have the preamp set as low as it allows, you have to determine whether the mic itself is overloading, or if it is still the preamp section. If it is the preamp and your mic does not have a pad switch, you could insert an inline pad.
