So text cutoff is not a Win 11 issue, correct?

I don't have it on my main system which is 1920x1080 no scaling.

I will have it on a Surface Book which is 3000x2000 if I have scaling 200% ON (which is recommended)

If I turn off scaling there is no problem.

The same thing has happened since Windows 7 though, so it's not a Windows 11 thing per se.

Avid has known about this for awhile
https://avid.secure.force.com/pkb/ar...ors-on-Windows

If you turn scaling off BEFORE you launch Pro Tools, you can turn it back on AFTER Pro Tools launches and everything looks correct.

I was running scaling, so I'll give it a go without.

I'm running Pro Tools 12.4 in Windows 10. This morning Microsoft informed me that my system can run Windows 11. I assume they'll be updating me at some point.

Is anyone running Pro Tools 12 with Win 11?

I’ve been using WIN11 with PT HD Ultimate+HDX for about a month now: MTRX Studio and a bunch of outboard preamps and processors (some on Dante), Dell XPS 15. No issues whatsoever. In fact, I’m no longer getting any PT errors when booting up Pro Tools.

Yes, my system is starting to be up as well, and HDX2 seems to work without issues. (i9-12900K, MSI PRO Z690-A DDDR4)

Great! More working Windows 11 laptop & desktop rigs. It seems the W11 upgrade is not causing any problems!

I did notice a few minor graphical glitches on W11 so far - the Edit Window Comments field is not showing text when entering, but shows entered text (and you can type in Track Rename instead)

Also, on Plugin type lists there seems to be some overflow problems if the first bracket goes taller than the screen (I have a bunch of 7.1.2 verbs showing all possible widths) - luckily I've used the search for plugins for a while already.

Today I had some issues where automation was not being written on my Icon D-Command, but changing through auto types in the Edit window (at least) fixed it - and I know it's on it's way out, some form of Eucon will be the next update...

Are these minor bugs ONLY occurring in Win11? I'm trying to determine, specifically, if upgrading W10 to W11 creates any new issues for Pro Tools. Thanks!
