can't get mixIR2 to show up in PT

I'm running PTHD9.

I have the mixIR2 in my VST folder as well as my other plugin folders (AU for Digital Perfomer).
mixIR2 shows up no problem in DP but when I open PTHD9, it's not in my plugins.
I have trashed my PT prefs but still won't show up.

what am I doing wrong? can anyone help?

I have since got the STEREO version of mixIR2 to work via a VST wrapper ... but still can't get a MONO version to work.

Just out of curiosity why aren't you using the RTAS version?

Well the reason VST and AU's are not showing up in Pro Tools is because Pro Tools does not use VST or AU - PT uses RTAS or for HD TDM, and in PT10 AAX can be used, and in PT11 and forward only AAX.

The VST to RTAS wrapper can be buggy, the best thing to do is download the RTAS version of MixIR 2 which if you already own MixIR 2, will be in your Redwirez account.
