Well I must admit I'm stumped. I'm new to ProTools but have done quite a bit of reading and playing about with it, however I can't figure something out with the Digi Rack pitch plugin
When I change a track and push the pitch up, it performs a time compression as well, with the rate being in direct proportion to the amount of pitch-up selected. Is this normal? Is it a 'feature' that I can deselect somewhere? Do I need a 3rd party product? (I know there's lots out there). Running PT7 on iMac OSX 4.3. ProjectMix I/O interface. Any input or enlightenment would be very much appreciated.
