Protool 10.3.3 Profire2626 not working with New IMac OSX 10.8.2 - please help

Protool 10.3.3 + Profire2626 not working with New IMac OSX 10.8.2 - please help .

I am using New Imac 21'5 2,9 not Firewire , only thunderbolt with Protool 10.3.3
- Profire2626 and Driver M-Audio ProFire Series_2.4.1.dmg
- Apple thunderbolt to firewire800
- Apple Firewire800 to 400

But Protool was not working, can not playback. When I removed ProFire2626, Protool to work normally.

I have tried to reinstall mac os 10.7 or 10.8 but the new iMac does not support Mac os under 10.8.2.

Please everyone help.

Can you open the M-audio Profire Control Panel from the applications folder? Is it showing all the channels properly? If not the driver hasn't loaded properly, try reinstalling or there is a cable fault, check all cables. If it's there can you select it as a playback device in the playback engine in protools, if so I'd then trash my protools preferences with Protools Pref and Database Helper, do a Google search and you'll find it, it's a free download.
If it still doesn't work let us know.

Thanks everyone, I have tried many ways as people guidance but Protool still not be played back.According to my understanding, the M-audio do not have driver support for Mac os 10.8.2.Sure to wait only
