Pro Tools 2019 dll files problem.

Hi,

I have recently installed a last version of Pro Tools 2019 on my Windows 10 machine. The Pro Tools will not open and there is an error pop up saying ptw.dll could not be loaded. I am having the same issue when trying to open an Eleven Rack Editor standalone. The popup mentiones a differend dll file (I dont remember the name). Everything else works ok. Probably gonna need a lot more info to get real help, but my first step would be to uninstall Pro Tools(and ALWAYS select to also uninstall the HD driver if its an option) and the Eleven software. Grab a fresh download of each from your MyAvid account(in case either was corrupt). Can we assume you are installing to the default location for this software? AFAIK, both need to be installed to the C: drive
