PT 2019.5 + Mojave fresh install: Velvet problem

Fresh install of Mojave, PT 2019.5 and AIR instrument Velvet.
When trying to load the plug-in I get this message:

"Content not found. Please set the content location on setup page."

But even after setting the content location Velvet can not find its content.
Any idea?
