Free FX for loyal Pro Tools user - Where to find my serial?

Hey, there!

I got an Ad Email from Avid whit a Link to download a FX pack for free from prosoundeffects.com. The form on this site ask for PT Serial "Code starts with PT...", they say. But I have just two activation Codes an some codes (a kind of link codes between iLock and PT) in my iLock...

I don't see/own the serial because I own an PT11 as a Crossgrade from PT Express? Or more likely why my plan expires on Mar 31, 2016... My Avid master account also don't show this FX pack in the "My Special Offers" tab.

Any ideas?

I belive this was for PT12 users and not PT11 and below.

Thank you for the answer, Christopher! But what a pity! May you may say me, where to search for my PT11 serial anyway? Or is it normal to not have one, if I activated my PT/iLock via activation card?.. Greetings from Berlin!

Yeah Once you activated the PT gersion on the iLok.com website the iLok key is the serial number dongle you could say so the activation card is void once you used the number to get the registration of your PT11 version working.

It is not the PT11 serial number and as I said, The FX bundle is for PT12 users with an active plan.

And again the serial number is your "ilok" key as that number was used when registering your copy of PT so thats null and void now. The activation is your ilok key and thats what is used for running Pro Tools. None of us have a serial number as we all used that when we registered our PT version to ilok.com

Still can't get, why I got THIS email from Avid as a PT11 user with an expired plan if it is only for PT12 users...

Where's my code? Log in to your My Avid account to locate your code and redeem above.

Well they meant promo code, not PT code or serial. I was mislead by the "PT" at the beginning...

Tried to use my ilok key, but is says "invalid code", so how DO you get it?
