Default Digirewire not in plug ins list

I double checked my plug ins folder, and DigiReWire.dpm is there. I'm trying to use the Waves Tune plug in, so I create my mono aux track and try to insert digirewire under "instruments" but the closest I can get is my reason plug in...? Do I have to trash preferences or something?
