Default New Member from Africa, and I\'m really enjoying...

Hi all
Though I've been in and out here the last while just checking out the forums, my 002 has arrived and I thought I'd introduce myself.

I own a project setup;
PC System with NUENDO as the DAW but being replaced by PT
Mackie HR824's
RPG Acoustics
Roland XV-3080
EMU Proteus 2000
Waldorf Microwave
Roland D-50 Keys
Mackie VLZ-1402 Pro
M-Audio Delta 66

As far as work goes;
Jingles
Commisioned Songs
Re-Mixing-Dance/Club
Some Local Musician Recordings
General Radio Advert Production
A bit of Post for Video now and again.
I do work for most of the ad agencies in town.

Sounds a bit strange me doing all this work in a small project studio but
I live in a third world country that has a population of only 1.9 million people and our
economics and thus budgets are rather different to most other countries.

My web site should be up soon with a showcase so those interested can take a listen to some of my work.

With regards to my switch to PT from the steinberg stuff... well that's a story on it's own....

David

South African Breweries makes a bunch of beers in the US too as most Americans know due to the beer wars. I thought Carling Black Label or Lion Lager was the beer of choice in that neck of the woods. I'll have a Guiness thanks.

Your name now will be entered in my little white book, under "cool friends who enjoy God's nectar" ...
BTW, I also have a little black book I've been filling up lately, mostly in the "fast food Taco lovers" ... category
