PTHD8 Installer

Hi there, i've got exactly the opposite problem : I've bought an PTHD8 licence and successfully put it on ilok. A link appeared in the digi count to download the software, and when just started it another software installer i was using closed all the other programs, so safari... when i've reopened the digi's download window, the only link staying was the third party's one. In the "my products" page, i've got no link to download PTHD8 and it is written that i have to use the install cd (or dvd i don't remember) to install it. I've tried to call Digi here in France but only have connected with answering machines proposing me pay support services. I suppose a new PT licence has a 6 month guarantee isn't it ?Could someone help me and send me a download link of PTHD8?
