Is there a Time compression expansion tool for midi tracks?

Here's my scenario, lets say that I have a midi region that occurs between two absolute markers (scoring to picture), and I want to strech the midi track to fit right up to the marker. Since such a change would alter the tempo I've just been using the tempo tools to eyeball my markers, which has been time consuming.

Is there a tool that can expand/compress midi regions at a consistent tempo, or acceleration/deceleration up to the marker? This would make life so much easier.

Hi PMTrub,

If you click and hold on the Trimmer tool button, you can select the TCE (Time Compression/Expansion) tool which works on both audio and MIDI regions. Is that what you were looking for?
