It's a stupid idea. You can only achieve so much. He should get a double for any close-ups, or get an actress who can play. Does he play himself? Does he know what it involves?

Having said that, there's all kinds of ways of cheating it, and you're being paid a fee you want. I'd say just make sure he doesn't expect a miracle, and that the actress doesn't feel bad about not being able to perform one.

p.s. Yoko can you please stop messing with the DUC UBB settings? Thank you.

i've been asked to teach an actress how to play the guitar,

but the director not only want her to look like she is playing,

i mean puting her hands in right position and move them coherently for a scene,

but there's a scene were she might actualy play like a couple of arpegios,

when a teach ones a week someone, i only know if they studied until next class,

in this case it might be two daily hours, have never done it,

don't know how much to ask, it would be like teaching and sawing see actualy study everyday,

should i charge for hour or for the whole training, how much, thanks.
