Default 9136, 9094 & 9129 errors, RAM issue?

Hi
I recently upgraded from a G4 450 768 to an ibook G4 1.2ghz 256.
I have been trying to play around with Stylus and Atmosphere and have encountered 9136, 9094 and 9129 errors. Also PT crashes if I try to change anything in the playback engine dialog box whilst the session is open.
First I get the 9129 error saying to reduce the H/W buffer size and after doing this get the other errors saying to increase the H/W buffer size and so it goes on.

I have been running the session on the internal drive and I still only have the 256mb of RAM.

Do these problems having anything to do with insufficient RAM and /or lack of an external drive?

(Also I will be upgrading the RAM and getting a firewire box within the next couple of weeks. 1gb RAM is more than double the price of 512RAM. Would 512 suffice? Any suggestions on FW drives?)

Cheers.

Michael

You should work with an external drive, this DAE errors appears when there a problem to reach to the hard drive.

And 512Mo RAM is not to much....

I hope it will help you with my bad english of french that I am
