synced with pro tools- see signal, but can't hear signal- HELP!!!!

synced with pro tools- see signal, but can\'t hear signal- HELP!!!!

I have synced to pro tools, and have made the mpc the master, oo1 slave. I also have the audio of the mpc going to tracks 3/4 of 001. When record enabled I see the signal on tracks 3and 4 but hear nothing, as well as no audio waveform shows on the screen, but I see the SIGNAL! What is the problem?
