Upgrade plan activation befor or after 31th dec.

Hi guys,

I'm willing to buy a Protools Crossgrade for my Protools Express. But i don't have my ilok account password by the hand until 3 januari (i'm on vacation) Your offer for the support plan till march 2016 is valid till 31th of december (tomorrow)

If i buy the crossgrade now. Will i get the support plan then, even if i activate on 3 januari or later?
Will i need to activate it befor tomorrow or is it just for placing the order at this time?

hope someone can help me out on this!
