Hi guys,
I'm willing to buy a Protools Crossgrade for my Protools Express. But i don't have my ilok account password by the hand until 3 januari (i'm on vacation) Your offer for the support plan till march 2016 is valid till 31th of december (tomorrow) If i buy the crossgrade now. Will i get the support plan then, even if i activate on 3 januari or later? Will i need to activate it befor tomorrow or is it just for placing the order at this time? hope someone can help me out on this! Thanks, Martijn |

You must both purchase and activate by the 31st.
However, you don't actually need your Ilok password, just the name of your Ilok account. When you register the code, it asks for the name of your Ilok account. They then send the license to your Ilok account. That's all that needs to happen. Your Ilok password allows you to then actually move the license from your account onto your physical Ilok. But as long as it's in your account, it can just wait there. |
