Eleven Rack Problems with USB e Drivers

Hello guys!
I recently bought this rack.
At first use I plugged headphones and guitar and everything worked perfectly!
As soon as I plugged the USB cable to try to install the driver and use the machine as a sound card ... everything has stopped working.
The headphones will not play any sound.
Everything is off except for some strange sounds in the headphones.
I try to disconnect the usb cable and the problem persists.
The only way to bring things back is to reset the factory settings.
I also tried other usb cable but nothing.
Is there any setting to be changed once you connect the rack or is malfunctioning?

P. S. I installed the driver apparently correctly, I have set as default for playing sounds but it's completely dead!

You better call Avid in Italy. I had a problem like that and they had to replace my eleven rack.
