Best PDF(s) to use for 11R & PT Installs?

What's the best PDF or KB article these days for installing PT-11.X, PT-10.X and 11R on the same machine? I've been piecing together the PT installation guide(s) and a PDF I got as part of the 11R documentation. Are those still the sources to use?

(And of course the optimization guide for PT.....)
