HELP!! I can't get the sound to work from my Dell soundcard.
Is anyone using PT9 with the onboard sound, meaning no external interface?
I am running PT9.0.5 on a Dell Latitude D630 and I can't get any sound from the soundcard. I have installed ASIO4ALL. When PT is loaded it recognizes ASIO. When I check the Hardware and Playback Engine ASIO4ALL is showing as the sound source. I just don't get any sound. The program works fine I just don't get any sound. This is the main reason I switched to PT9, is to be able to us the onboard sound since I travel a lot and am in airports, trains, etc. Thanks for any help possible. |

Check that asio4all is configured to use the main speaker outputs on the laptop. On mine it defaults to a digital output.
