Default Global Midi offset also changes the timing of the click?

Is there a way to use global midi offset without ALSO moving the click? For example, if your midi is latent and you set the midi offset to -500, then midi will play -500, but the click with moves. So if you have audio that already WAS on the grid, now it is not in sync with the click, which is playing 500 samples before it.

Is there a way to offset all of the midi without offsetting the click track?
