Default ProTools LE 7.0 and Cue List Program

I have made memory location markers in a session, bounced the file down and tried to open the WAV file in Stefan Bion's CueListTool program but it does not create a cue list. Do I need to save the memory locations or export them some how? Thanks in advance for the help.

Maybe a better way to ask this is to inquire if there is a way to save the track markers/memory locations separately? Thanks again!
