Default MIDI timing issue with 7.3?

I haven't been able to investigate this fully but just wanted to check if someone else is experiencing similar problems.
When I use a VI with internal MIDI browser, the files audition properly in the plug-in but when dropped to the timeline in Pro Tools, it's almost like Real-Time properties are on with some kind of shuffle feel. Needless to say, RT properties are not enabled.
This happens on a MacBook Pro (IntelDualCore) with the latest CS1 release of 7.3 MPT.

Problem has not been present with 7.1
