Default Plug-in settings guide

Is there a site or post that i can go to where known engineers post some of there dirty little secrets for plugin settings used in pro tools.Not only that i would like to discuss or read what what plug-ins are used on what track and through out the mix.This knowlege i'm sure is not given out willingly.If so then we could all be rich and famous sound engineers.ha ......
